Journal With Me: Your Intentional 2024
If You Listen to Your Higher Self, What Will You Hear?
Morning, friends.
I’m writing this after proofing my piece from last Friday one final time. I have spliced, comma’d, and punctuated to make my thoughts appear coherent, and I’ve noticed something in the process:
I asked a lot of questions of you.
Maybe it’s the writing teacher in me, or maybe I’m just nosy. Or maybe—the most likely maybe of all—I want you to consider your own dreams and wishes for the (still) new year as I contemplate mine. My poo-pooing of the pomp of January 1st isn’t to stop us from dreaming, it’s to make our dreams and hopes more intentional as we move through the string of days someone named 2024.
I want you to be more intentional and conscious about your dreams to make your resultant actions and thoughts more aligned with what you want.
I want you to ask a lot of questions of you.
In hopes that 2024 will be the year you listen more intently to you and no one else, I’ve compiled some guiding questions in the style of journal prompts for your consideration. If journaling isn’t your thing, I invite you to at least consider the questions and your responses. As always, I’d love to hear what you think if you would like to share.
Happy journaling,
Beth

Choose one of these successes. What is the smallest consistent step you can take today, tomorrow, and the next day to work toward it? (Do it!)
